Open My song and paste your Order / Access Code or private link. Use the full code, including every character. If you saved the email containing it, use that same code. An email address or a short order reference cannot open your room.
If you cannot find your code, open My messages with secure sign-in and ask the owner for help. Signing in to messages does not automatically grant access to an order.
