Select My song and enter your Order / Access Code. Your finished files become available after the required song approval and full payment.
In Your Private Song Room, use the available MP3, Lyrics and Cover art download controls. A file is offered only when it is available. Keep your code and private link to yourself; anyone holding them can access this order.
If a file is missing or does not open, use My messages in the Guidance Center to ask for help.
