Choose Tell It to record with your microphone or upload a recording. Allow microphone access when your browser asks. If recording is unavailable, upload an existing voice recording or write your memories.

Choose Show It to add photographs with their meaning, or upload a document. PDF, DOCX and text documents are supported. Review extracted words; a scanned or protected PDF may need a readable copy or words pasted into the writing option.

Wait for uploads and processing to finish. Review what you have shared before submitting. If something fails, follow the message beside that item and try again.
